Dog Friendly Places - From the back of the caravan is the meadow river footpath to Bridport market town and is an excellent dog exercise walking place. In addition its an easy very short walk to the harbour and promenade. Dogs are allowed here on leads however they may go onto the beach at the East and West ends of the West Bay Beaches. There is also excellent coastal walking from here via Eype, Golden Cap, Charmouth and Lyme Regis. Or in the other direction, Burton Bradstock, West Bexington, Chesil Fleet then Weymouth.
Excellent fishing is to be had in this area.
There are many good eateries in West Bay and a firm favourate with our pet is chips on the beach! In addition there is The Hive Cafe and The Manor House at West Bexington are firm favourates with our guests.
