There are woodland walks on the doorstep and the Tarka Trail is nearby. Some cottages border a streams and has its own parking space and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.

Well behaved dogs are most welcome and can have the run of the garden in safety.

There is oil-fired central heating and unlimited hot water as well as a wood burning fire in the sitting area which also boasts a lovely vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, full electric cooker, washing machine and microwave; a tumble drier is also provided for guest's exclusive use. The fully-fitted en-suite bathroom has WC, washbasin and bath with full over-bath shower. There are plenty of cupboards in the double bedroom which comes with all linen and freshly laundered towels.
