Sunnyside is quietly tucked away in the village of North Molton. A pet friendly cottage allowing 3 dogs and sleeping up to 4 persons. There is a handy village shop and a welcoming pub. It is a perfect spot for exploring Exmoor National Park with a dog and is conveniently located to enjoy countless days out exploring North Devon.

The market town of South Molton is three miles, where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week, there is a supermarket, independent shops and numerous cafes and pubs to choose from. Conveniently located to explore the dramatic coastline of North Devon and the beautiful sandy beaches of Croyde, Woolacombe, Saunton and Instow. Enjoy visiting the wealth of attractions where there is something to suit all ages and tastes

Accommodation

Enter into the property and be welcomed into the kitchen with space to hang coats after a refreshing walk. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Leading into the dining room with impressive inglenook fireplace and wood burner along with Sky TV (sport package), perfect for a family meal. Heading back into the hallway to the lounge with a second wood burner, this is the perfect place to sit and relax after a busy day exploring whilst watching your favourite film on the Sky TV (sports package). Head up to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms. A master king-size and a twin (which can be joined to make a super-king-size on request) , completing the accommodation is a bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and a neighbouring room with WC.

From the front door head outside into the enclosed garden with patio area housing your very own private hot tub and charcoal BBQ. Externally accessed there is a utility area with washing machine, WC and storage space. There is off-road parking for two cars..
