Just a short distance away lies the quaint fishing village of Appledore, famous for its narrow streets and vibrant fisherman’s cottages. From Bideford, you can enjoy miles of traffic-free cycling and dog walking along the scenic Tarka Trail. Don’t miss visiting family attractions such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, Clovelly village with its cobbled, traffic-free streets lined by whitewashed cottages and a sheltered harbour, as well as the beautiful gardens at Tapeley Park and RHS Gardens at Rosemoor. Upon entering this reverse-level accommodation, you'll be welcomed by a bright, spacious hallway. All four bedrooms lead off the hall, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite shower room with WC, which features direct access to the garden through bi-fold doors. There is also a spacious double room with an en-suite shower room and WC, as well as a twin and bunk bedroom, both served by a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Completing the ground floor is a cosy ‘snug’ with French doors that open to the garden, featuring a Smart TV/DVD—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Ascend to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner to take advantage of the stunning sea views and stylish décor. The contemporary kitchen/dining area is well-equipped for all, featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A wood burner, with the first basket of logs included, adds charm to this great space; the lounge area offers comfy seating with SkyTV (full package) and bi-folding doors that lead to the balcony boasting panoramic vistas. Enjoy an evening drink on the balcony as the sun sets, or opt for an alfresco meal in the enclosed lawn garden below, complete with a table and chairs. There is off-road parking available for two cars.
