Single, twin, king-sized en-suite rooms and a family suite charmingly furnished with antiques plus television and hot drinks trays.

The host is an excellent cook; Breakfasts are delicious and varied including homemade marmalade and bread, local honey and free range eggs. Vegetarian diets can be arranged. breakfasts are included in the price.

Local Area - Two excellent Inns within five minutes walk. Tennis, golf and health club nearby. Brighton, Arundel Castle and Chichester are less than an hour's motoring as are the R.H.S. gardens at Wisley. Horsham, 2 miles from Warnham, is an hour’s train journey from Victoria, London. Gatwick on the same line is 20 minutes away and by road 25 minutes; although so close, Warnham is not under aircraft flight paths. Guests who travel by train can be taken to and collected from Horsham station
