Ferintosh offers dog friendly Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Dumfries. The Guest House is a very attractive picturesque red sandstone Victorian building resting peacefully in a quiet residential part of the historic and beautiful town of Dumfries. Ideal for exploring Scotland with a dog. Ferintosh is a 5 minute walk from the town centre. There is ample parking nearby.

We are the perfect location for the dog shows held at DG One. Dumfries & Galloway Canine Society and other kennel clubs often have dog shows here. DG One is a quick 4 minute walk from our front door.
Dogs are allowed to stay in the rooms with the guests, but must NOT be left unattended in the room, unless special arrangements are made with the proprietors - If your dog is crate trained and a non-barking dog you may be allowed to leave the dog unattended in the room in his/her crate. This is, of course, by prior arrangement with us.

Water bowls, food bowls, and poop bags are available for your use. There is a great tree lined place to walk dogs right across the road from the Guest House and hundreds of great walks in the surrounding area (river walks, hill treks, you name it.
