Property shown is a contemporary house furnished to a 5 star standard and welcomes 2 dogs. The property has been recently constructed and is situated in the quiet creek-side village of St Just in Roseland, with dramatic views over the Carrick Roads towards Mylor Harbour. Situated on the Roseland peninsular the area is very unspoilt, excellent location for exploring all of Cornwall with your dog.

Accommodation

This example cottage is located close to lovely walks around the estuary and coastal footpath with outstanding scenery to take in. It is the perfect retreat for people with pets. Just a short walk down the hill is St Just Church and creek where boats can be launched or hired an ideal for sailing.

The oak stairs leads up to the large sitting room with vaulted ceiling with dining table, colour television, DVD/VHS player, Technics audio system and wood burning stove. You will find by fold doors that open onto the balcony with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views
The full fitted and extremely well equipped kitchen has an electric hob, double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and television. Also upstairs is the second twin bedroom, situated off the sitting room. Outside is a small lawn with patio furniture and barbecue, with two off road private parking spaces.
