This property is situated close to Brixham’s bustling harbour, which is always busy with fishing boats, pleasure craft, and ferries which run around the bay to the resort town of Torquay. The harbour itself is a fascinating place for a stroll, as is the town itself where visitors can enjoy browsing the shops and sampling the local seafood served up by many of the local pubs and restaurants. Those who enjoy walks will love the coastal paths which lead out of town and offer fantastic views of the bay, whilst passing by some lovely secluded beaches such as those at St Mary’s Bay and Fishcombe Cove. Perched above the outer harbour and enjoying spectacular views over the marina, breakwater and across Torbay to Torquay is this delightful end terrace house.

The Lookout is set above the road on a private pedestrian approach reached by either a 7 step or a 17 step flight of stairs, flagged by wrought iron railings and enjoying sea views.
