This is a charming detached house, set in well-established enclosed gardens, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just behind the village square of Mawnan Smith. The property is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout and provides a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area. The modern fitted kitchen leads you into a sunny conservatory which, in turn, opens out onto the garden and patio area – perfect for alfresco dining. The living areas are spacious and light with most enjoying views over the good-sized garden and rural landscape. The garden provides more space to enjoy the tranquil setting and includes a patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. There is full oil-fired central heating throughout, and an open fire in the Sitting room.
