The property is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout and provides a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area. The modern fitted kitchen leads you into a sunny conservatory which, in turn, opens out onto the garden and patio area – perfect for alfresco dining. The living areas are spacious and light with most enjoying views over the good-sized garden and rural landscape. The garden provides more space to enjoy the tranquil setting and includes a patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. There is full oil-fired central heating throughout, and an open fire in the Sitting room. The Accommodation Entrance Hall with door to Ground Floor Shower Room with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. Budock Vean Golf Course (9 hole) is within a mile and Falmouth Golf Course (18 hole) is approx. five miles. The gorgeous little hamlet and beach of Durgan, on the Helford River, is about a 20 minute walk, as is Maenporth Beach (via the public footpath).
