The Old Vicarage is a dog friendly bed and breakfast In the heart of 1066 Country (East Sussex) close to the historic Cinque Ports of Rye 5m Winchelsea 2m and Hastings 7m and some fantastic dog friendly beaches. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, apple orchards with many public footpaths, and a nature conservation wood within easy walking distance from the house.

The Queen's Head is a popular, dog friendly pub five minutes walk away, with outside tables and spectacular views of the Brede Valley, the sea, and Rye.

We have ample parking space in the drive and the gates are closed at night. The two bedrooms are at the top of the house with delightful views over the garden and towards the Norman church; both have double beds with En Suite Bathrooms. Wireless broadband is available for all our guests. In residence are Bertie and Dennis our two cats and our dog Max. If you want to bring your pet let us know and we will explain the house rules.

Frances & John are the new owners of this charming B&B and follow in the traditions of our predecessors Colin & Claire like them we too are passionate about hospitality and food in general.
