This holiday let has a beautiful spacious lounge with open stonework, exposed beam ceiling and stone fireplace with flagged hearth and wood burning stove.
To the right is a dining room with decorative cornice and stone fireplace with flagged hearth and wood burning stove. Also to the right at the end of the hallway is a beautifully fitted and well equipped kitchen which overlooks the rear garden and adjacent field. Another short hallway leads from the kitchen to a utility room with adjoining wash basin and toilet. Two external doors lead from the utility area, one to the garden and the other to a small paved area with a further door leading to the car parking area beside the cottage. The small garden to the rear of the cottage has a lawn, a patio area, perfect for BBQ's, pretty flower beds and looks across open fields with distant views to the top of Penhill.

Stairway rises from the hallway to a half landing providing access to a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The stairway then rises a further five steps to another landing serving a large bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room with washbasin and toilet, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

This is large, comfortable pet friendly family home with lots of space and bright with natural light in the larger rooms. A home with plenty of character and original features, tastefully decorated and furnished to provide a very high standard of accommodation.
