The Limit is a spacious holiday home offering great views across Torbay and, on a clear day, Dartmoor in the distance. The peaceful location on the edge of Brixham is also close to the South West Coast Path making it ideal for walkers. The centre of Brixham is a 5 minute drive away with Paignton, Dartmouth and Torquay all within a short drive. Living area A reverse level house locates the living area on the top floor. Far reaching views across Brixham and as far as Dartmoor on a clear day. Doors to the balcony which runs around the side of the house. A large and spacious 26ft living area with a three seater sofa, two seater sofa and 2 armchairs. Occasional furniture and doors leading to the study which houses the music system. Entertainment is provided by a TV/video. Kitchen Information A fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, additional separate freezer, double oven and microwave. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bar’s such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.
