1. Introduction:
1.1.Pet holiday finder is run and maintained by Pet Friendly Rentals. All references in these terms and conditions relate to pet friendly rentals.
1.2. The parties to the contract are Pet Friendly Rentals (which is the trading name for the service provider) referred to as “pet friendly rentals”, “we”, “us” or “our” and the individual, partnership, company or other person referred to as “client”, “you” or “your”. The “agreement” reached between “us” and “you” represents a legally binding agreement.

1.3. By using this site you agree that you accept our full terms and conditions, as detailed below.

1.4. Every effort will be made to ensure that the information contained within our site is lawful; however we make no representation as to the accuracy of the information received by the client. We are not a letting agency. We can accept no liability for the accuracy of the listings or advertisments contained within this site. These details have been published in good faith.

1.5. The client undertakes that it will not use the service in any manner which infringes any law or current regulation.

2. Privacy policy:
2.1. We will at all times observe the requirements of the data protection act 1998. Any personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We will not sell or transfer any of your personal information; the information we may hold will be for our own use. 3. Our services:
3.1. We aim to provide a service enabling pet related businesses and holiday landlords and agents to advertise their properties or accommodation via the Internet.
3.2. We aim to provide a search facility for pet owners to find a pet service in the UK and a search facility for holiday makers looking for properties or accommodation within the UK that accepts pets.
3.3. We may charge a small fee to advertise your pet friendly accommodation on this site. No further charges will be incurred once a successful tenant for an individual property is found through the use of petholidayfinder.co.uk. (unless we have agreed otherwise)
3.4. We endeavour to make this site available on a continuous basis, however due to the nature of the internet and computers; it does not guarantee that this site will be available 24 hours a day.
3.5. We can not be held responsible for any errors, loss of data or viruses

4. Refunds:
4.1. All payments received cover our administrative costs, therefore no refund is payable once your submission has been listed within our site.
4.2. Any issues regarding refunds should be raised in an email and sent to: customerservices@petfriendlyrentals.co.uk

5. Pet holiday finder, reserves the right to:
5.1.1 Limit the provision of the service to any person or organisation
5.1.2 Edit or cancel the contents of any advert we feel does not meet with our pet friendly user policy.
5.1.3. Change these terms as we see fit.
5.2. If you disagree with any contents within this terms and conditions page, you should cease using our service with immediate effect.

6. Payment terms:
6.1. All services require payment upfront by Credit/Debit card, PayPal account or cheque/postal order. Your listing will only be available once we have received cleared funds. (unless agreed otherwise)

7. Advertiser’s responsibilities for pet services sites:

7.1. Pet friendly rentals only accepts pet services listings that are related to pets. We offer this service to you free of charge. By submitting your pet service to this site you are agreeing that the details supplied are correct and up to date.
7.2. We do not allow any holiday related services in the pet services section, these will only be allowed in the relevant holiday category.
7.3 We will only allow website links, to those that have linked back to us, if we discover that you have removed our link from your website, we also have the right to remove your website link from your listing.
7.4. If any listings fail to adhere to these points as listed above, we at pet friendly rentals have the right to edit or remove any listing.

8. Advertiser’s responsibilities for holiday accommodation:
8.1. Advertisers using this site will be held responsible for ensuring that all information (including all photographs of a property/accommodation) provided by them is complete, accurate and not misleading in any way. You should make sure that you have the legal right to use any photographs before submitting them to our site.
8.2. Property/accommodation listings on pet friendly rentals are for 1 unit, (1 unit represents 1 property). Multiple adverts within each listing are not permitted without prior agreement.
8.3. Listings submitted are for that specific Property/accommodation, you must not substitute that property for another. Changes to the photos or text must relate to the original listing submitted.
8.4. Pet friendly rentals does not allow external links to be added to listings; these include email address links other than the one given on the advert submission and links to external websites without prior agreement.
8.5. Website links will not be allowed to non Pet related sites unless agreed otherwise. We will not allow website links to other holiday sites where the majority of the holiday accommodtion is non pet friendly unless agreed otherwise.
8.5. Pet friendly rentals only accepts holiday listings that are willing to accept pets, By submitting to this site you are agreeing that you will consider at least a one pet. The term small caged animal relates to rabbits or guinea pigs kept within a hutch/ or cage, and hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice & chinchillas kept within a cage. All other small animals, reptiles, fish & caged birds are at the landlords discretion.
8.6. If any listings fail to adhere to these points as listed above, we at pet friendly rentals have the right to edit or remove any listing without refund.


9. Legal:
9.1. Pet friendly rentals does not form any kind of legal contract or agreement between landlords/agents and holiday makers, you should seek legal advice on these matters.

10. Copyright & trademarks:
10.1. All logos, images, text and other material on this site is copyright protected. Other than using it for your own personal use, you may not use or copy any material contained within this site.

11. PetFriendlyRentals Privacy Service (in short PPS)
11.1. All advertisers placing a free advert will be issued with a PPS number; advertisers placing a paid advert, the PPS number is optional. When you receive an enquiry through the privacy number supplied the call is automatically redirected to your private number, keeping your own number confidential. These numbers are supplied Free of charge. We cannot be held responsible should the service be inoperative
