The cottage is situated in the quiet village of Draycott, with 2 pubs and a post office within walking distance. The accommodation comprises a large lounge with comfortable seating for 8 people. Patio doors lead to a large south-facing garden. There are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom one has a great view over the somerset levels with a double bed and 2 single beds; bedroom 2 has views of the mendips with a double bed, single bed and cot; and bedroom 3 has a single bed. All rooms have plenty of storage. There is a bathroom with separate shower, plus ground floor cloakroom. A large sitting room with comfortable seating for 8 plus TV, DVD, Freeview and a Sega Dreamcast (with four games). The kitchen is well equipped with eye level oven/grill and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There are table and chairs for 8 people. There is secure off-road parking for 2 cars with a path leading to the property through a secluded garden.
