Seascape is an imposing four bedroom house with an elevated position in Brixham, set away from the main road. This peaceful location provides the ideal place to relax and unwind on your holiday, whilst retaining the convenience of a central location. The town centre of Brixham is within a five minute walk down the hill. The house was originally built for a local sea Captain, John Henry Scoble who owned two Brixham fishing smacks Seeker BM 75and Reaper BM221which were both built by Uphams yard in 1883. Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bar’s such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning Living area -Large windows allow sweeping sea views across Brixham and the harbour area. -2x three seater sofas and an armchair. -Entertainment is provided by a TV with Sky Satellite and a DVD player. Kitchen Information -The kitchen is light, bright and airy with a stone slab floor, beech units, a feature cast iron range in the fireplace (display only) and a breakfast bar. -Well equipped with an electric oven with grill, gas hobs, microwave/grill, a dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. -There is also a light pine kitchen table and four chairs for extra dining space -A utility room next to the kitchen features a large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, From the utility room there is a cloakroom with w.c., sink and mirror. Dining -An elegant room with a large rectangular mahogany dining table with six matching chairs and two carvers. Sleeping Information Master Bedroom -Located on the first floor with a double bed and large windows with panoramic views. -There is a triple wardrobe with a basket storage rack, and chair. -En-suite bathroom comprising walk in double shower, wash basin and w.c. Bedroom Two -This room has the same sweeping views and comprises of twin beds and chest of drawers. -En-suite bathroom Bedroom Three -Located on the first floor adjacent to the family bathroom and has twin beds with a bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a wicker chair. -Views to the rear of the property over the garden. Bedroom Four -This room has a single bed, and an additional Z Bed which can be used in the games room if required. There are also a chest of drawers and wicker chair. Bathroom Information Main Bathroom -Features a bath with an electric shower, w.c. and wash basin. En-suite to Master Bedroom -Walk in double shower, wash basin and w.c. En-suite to Bedroom Two. - A w.c., and a wash basin.
