This south-facing apartment is situated on the quay at Port Navas Yacht Club, on the waters' edge by the delightful creek of the Helford River. The wonderful views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom are uninterrupted from the large balcony which runs the full width of the property.
Port Navas is a small village at the head of Port Navas Creek on the north side of the Helford River, 2 miles from both Constantine and Mawnan Smith near Falmouth. Falmouth is only six miles away and this interesting old town has retained the charm of an old fishing port and offers good shopping facilities, restaurants and traditional Cornish pubs
The apartment occupies the first floor of the building and is accessed via more than a dozen fairly steep open-tread steps. Therefore, we consider the property to be unsuitable for anyone with mobility impairments and those with very small children should be cautious.
THE STUDIO: The upper-most level of the property is an open plan studio which is available (by arrangement at extra cost) as additional accommodation and accessed via a staircase from Quay House
