Our guests can walk/ride with their dogs/horses on our quiet farm rides around the farm and on the cross country course which is situated in a 50 acre glacial valley. This area is totally peaceful, unspoilt and stunningly beautiful. The beach is less than half an hour away and we direct guests to a huge area of coastline which is very quiet and little used by holidaymakers. There are many other walks and rides locally for which we have information to give to our guests. The Accommodation The Paddy House sleeps 4 people and the Blacksmiths Shop 2. Both have en-suite bathrooms and overhead showers. They also have wood burning stoves and and are cosy, comfortable and fully equipped. There are walks/riding directly from the cottages and a large grassy area by the stream in front of the parking area where guests can sit out, play ball and "potter" with their pets. The newly refurbished hard tennis court is available all year and the outdoor swimming pool is heated in summer. Equestrian Facilities Horses are accommodated in grassy paddocks and spacious stables can be available. We have plenty of parking space for horse boxes, an all weather schooling surface as well as the beach, xc course and off road rides already mentioned above. We are close to Louth, an attractive and traditional market town, with significant georgian architecture. It has lovely shops, pubs restaurants and an outdoor market 3 times weekly.
