Set in a quiet close, there is a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of easy access to the town centre, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located, just a 10 minute walk away. Living area The south-facing living/dining room looks towards the harbour and features black leather 2 and 3 seater sofas, lamp and coffee table. Double glazed patio doors open onto a small sunny private patio, furnished with a table and chairs. Entertainment is provided by a TV and a DVD player. Kitchen Information The kitchen is adjacent, with a large open hatchway featuring a breakfast bar with 2 stools. It has new modern cupboards and is well-equipped with a washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven with grill, gas hobs with hood over, kettle, toaster and cafetiere Dining The dining area has an attractive oblong wood table with 4 trellis-back chairs and a modern sideboard. Sleeping Information Master Bedroom This has a view across the bay to Torquay. Features a double bed with 2 bedside units with lamps, a build-in wardrobe cupboard with hanging rail and shelving and a chest of drawers with mirror over Bedroom Two Overlooks the rear with views to the sea and harbour. Has 2 single beds with a bedside unit between, matching double wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror over. Bathroom Information There is a wet room consisting of a shower with curtain, w.c., wash basin and built-in storage cupboard, as well as a mirror and shaver point. Outside Information Entrance is gained through a private paved frontage, whilst the designated parking space is adjacent. Additional photos Local area Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bar’s such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.
