The property is set in its own large garden with a variety of shrubs and trees surrounding it. There is an extensive patio area made of slate crazy paving and garden furniture is provided to allow you to enjoy the beautiful, tranquil setting. A large, elevated games room and decking area offer marvellous views to St Mawes and Falmouth. Sitting up there on the deck and enjoying a drink, is a taste of heaven! The Accommodation GAMES ROOM : A special feature of the property is a large, elevated games room with table tennis table, TV (with FreeView) and video player. Outside decking above a detached garage with marvellous, panoramic sea views towards Falmouth and beyond. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and W.C. The beautiful gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan are a short distance away, as is the Helford Passage, where boats can be hired or a foot ferry ride taken to Helford Village. Budock Vean golf course (9 hole) and Falmouth Golf Course (18 Hole) are also near by.
