Helford Point is a Dog Friendly Holiday Accommodation in Falmouth, Helford River, Cornwall. This delightful detached bungalow overlooks the mouth of the Helford River as well as having uninterrupted views towards Falmouth Bay.

The property is set in its own large garden with a variety of shrubs and trees surrounding it. There is an extensive patio area made of slate crazy paving and garden furniture is provided to allow you to enjoy the beautiful, tranquil setting. A large, elevated games room and decking area offer marvellous views to St Mawes and Falmouth. Sitting up there on the deck and enjoying a drink, is a taste of heaven!

GAMES ROOM: A special feature of the property is a large, elevated games room with table tennis table, TV (with FreeView) and video player. Outside decking above a detached garage with marvellous, panoramic sea views towards Falmouth and beyond. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and W.C. Please note the garage itself is not for the use of guests, but there is ample parking for two cars.

Entrance Hall : With cloakroom, W.C. and wash hand basin, shaver point. Off the hall is a large airing cupboard containing hot water tank with immersion heater.

Kitchen and dining room : Fully fitted modern, tiled kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and Belfast sink with solid wood worktop. Oak dining table and chairs. Well equipped with cooking utensils and crockery etc. The kitchen has views to the garden and access to a small courtyard through french doors.

Lounge : South facing picture windows with panoramic sea views. There are two sofas, a coffee table and chairs to seat eight guests. This room also has a television, video player, stereo radio and bookcases with an extensive collection of books and magazines.

BATHROOM : Large shower cubicle with electric shower, seperate bath, low level W.C., hand basin and electric shaving point.

Local Area - The area around 'Helford Point' is one of outstanding natural beauty and has excellent coastal walks. A footpath close to the house leads directly to Prisk Beach and to Mawnan Church.
