One cannot fail to be impressed by Carrick Treath and its enviable south-facing position, just metres from Loe Beach. Loe Beach, on the River Fal and Carrick Roads offers safe waters for sailing and water sports, and is well served by a water sports centre at the far end of the beach to Carrick Treath. Furthermore the beach is home to the small but infamous Loe Beach Café.
Feock, home to the King Harry Ferry and the National Trust's Trelissick Garden is surrounded by wood fringed creeks and enjoys the calm and serenity of the River Fal. The nearby Punchbowl and Ladle at Penelewy serves excellent food, or take the King Harry (car and passenger) Ferry across the river to St. Mawes and explore all that this picturesque village has to offer. Truro and Falmouth in opposite directions offer good shopping facilities, but I would imagine that once you are ensconced in Carrick Treath you will not want to leave!

Open Plan Living Room : with huge floor to ceiling windows enabling you to take in that gorgeous view. The furnishings include a dining table and chairs for 8, open fire, comfortable sofas and recliner, flat screen television, digital Freeview box, radio/cd player and a selection of books, games and magazines
Westerly Bedroom: King-size double bed, wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables, lamps and breathtaking views from bed!
Easterly Bedroom : King-size double bed, large wardrobe, bedside lighting, chair, recessed shelving and those wonderful water views again
Twin Bedroom: with twin beds, large built-in cupboards, bedside table and lamp. French doors to garden and small patio area
Twin Bedroom: with twin beds, wardrobe with shelving, bedside table, light, chair and basin
Bathroom : with bath, basin and wc
Shower Room : with large shower enclosure, basin and wc.
Wet room : for warm weather use, with tiled floor, double shower and plenty of wetsuit & wet weather gear storage
Stairs lead from Hall to First Floor Sitting Room : set-up as children's entertainment area with a comfortable, reclining sofa, TV and DVD player. Door leads to dormitory style bedroom with four single beds. (This bedroom is not available for visitors unless special arrangements have been made with office in advance
