Brathay Lodge Dog Friendly B&B Ambleside Cumbria

Brathay Lodge offers accommodation for you and your dog on a bed and breakfast basis. Set in Ambleside one of the most popular villages in the Lake District. Six pet friendly rooms are available and will also sleep families. All pet friendly rooms have direct access from the car park. Ideally situated for exploring the surrounding fells and all the exciting walks that this area offers

We have 19 rooms available all with king size beds, these are made up of standard, superior (ground floor, pet friendly included) , twin, triple, family rooms (sleeps 3-5) and four poster suites. All rooms are en-suite with Jacuzzi spa bath and shower over, tea & coffee making facilities and colour T.V's.

Local Area - We are 10 minutes' walk from Lake Windermere where pleasure boats abound and for the more active water sports are available. Around Ambleside there are numerous local scenic walks and places to visit: The houses of Wordsworth, Beatrix Potter and John Ruskin, The Grizedale Forest, Numerous National Trust properties including Castlerigg Stone circle and Rheged visitor centre to mention just a few.

Facilities - Linens provided - Small Children welcome - No Smoking - Not disabled accessible - Off road parking - Dvd, internet/broadband, fax machine, Cable/Satellite, Fireplace - Gas, Jacuzzi/ Whirpool Bath, TV. Payment accepted: visa, mastercard, Debit card, Cheques/other, Cash. Outdoors: none. Location: Forest/ park, Scenic views, Village
