There are two bedrooms. One double bedroom with patio doors onto the balcony and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate shower room and toilet in the hall. There are two single sofa beds in the lounge area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The large lounge dining room has two patio doors, one opening onto the terrace and the other onto the balcony. There is a private car park and the apartment has an allotted car parking space.

Situated only 5km from Bagneres de Luchon in a little village Castillon de Larboust just off the famous Col de Peyresourde (a famous route of the Tour de France). The apartment is ideally positioned for skiing/snowboarding/snowshoe walking (it is between two ski resorts - Superbagneres and Peyragude. It is also ideal for walkers/hikers (near the famous Lac d'Oo walk, cyclists, motorbikers and those who enjoy outdoor activities. There are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars in Luchon. The apartment opens out onto the magnificent Pyrenees mountains and countryside with wonderful views from all the rooms
