Inside you’ll find three large reception rooms, spacious bedrooms and lots of space to play, whilst outside there’s a 1.25 acre garden with mature trees and a vast lawn and patio, ideal for lazy summer’s days. The house, newly renovated to exacting standards, is tucked down a quiet lane, just a pretty 5-minute walk from the village pub in the heart of picturesque Middleton.

On the ground floor there’s a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room, a large ‘snug’ separate living room with an open fire, a huge conservatory with a pool table, big screen and colourful chillout zone, two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), a shower room and a cloakroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms (2 double, 1 king), an en-suite bath/shower room and a family bathroom. Outside is a vast, south-facing lawned garden under fruit trees, a triple garage with ping pong table and plenty of space for further off-road parking.
There are many lovely walks nearby and the cottage welcomes one well-behaved dog.

The centre of the pretty village of Middleton is less than a 5 minute walk down lanes and through the pretty grounds of the historic parish church where a single sheep often mows the lawn during the summer months! The village has a good pub, The Bell, which serves meals
