Entrance hall; dining room with ornamental Victorian fireplace; well-equipped kitchen; main bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite WC & hand basin; bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash basin; second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have harbour views

Upper floor
Sitting room with Victorian fireplace and window seats giving magical harbour and sea views; a double bedroom, also with sea view

Local Area - Our dog friendly cottage is situated in the small hamlet of Kent, which is 2 miles from Wye and 8 miles from both Canterbury and Ashford. The Pilgrims Way and the North Downs Way, long distance footpaths are nearby including the Wye Downs walk near the Chalk Crown. There is a good local pub one and a half miles away, while a range of shops, pubs and a post office are available in Wye. The coast of Kent is about half an hours drive
