River View is a dog friendly bungalow on Galmpton Park situated among other privately owned holiday bungalows. In an idyllic location, on the edge of Galmpton Village so within walking distance of a great dog friendly pub and general store/post office.

We are surrounded by great doggy walking countryside where you can decide how far you want to go! Beaches such as the blue flag Broadsands are within 1.5 miles

Local Area - We are situated 3 miles from Brixham, 4 miles from Paignton and 7 miles from Torquay. Agatha Christie's former home 'Greenway House' is open to the public (National Trust) and is a fabulous day out. You can take your dog in the lovely wooded garden (on leads). The steam train from Paignton to Kingswear passes nearby and you can see the puffs of steam as it chugs past. This is another wonderful day out, and, once at Kingswear you can cross the water to Dartmouth which is beautiful. Dogs are allowed on the steam train too.

Dog Friendly Places - The local pub the Manor Inn is half a mile away and is dog friendly. Churston Court hotel bar is also dog friendly.
