We are ideal for celebrations, get-togethers, short breaks, family holidays and corporate use. Ben, our manager, will be on call 24/7 to ensure that you get the most out of your stay. Hill House is a Grade II listed Tudor manor house set in 6 acres. The house beautifully blends it's period features with the highest quality contemporary design, including a fully integrated Bang & Olufsen multi-room audio and video system which links with the house iPad and your iPod. The grounds also include a hard tennis court, lawn for croquet, outdoor table tennis table, stables with field, an orchard and a thriving formal organic vegetable garden where we encourage you to come and help yourself!

Local Area - Relax whilst on holiday, all Hill House holiday guests have FREE and unlimited use of Dunston Hall Leisure Club. Within a 10 minute drive, all guests have complimentary use of the indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. You will also receive a 50% discount on green fees at Dunston's USPGA specification golf course and a 20% discount at the Spa and restaurants. We can also organise for you hot air ballooning from our field, clay shooting, canoeing, fishing and on-site archery and tennis coaching. We also have an in-house beauty therapist offering a range of treatments
