Situated in acres of beautiful woods and gorgeous lakes, this is a nature lovers and walkers paradise. Five minutes walk will take you to the first lake surrounded by a sandy beach and a further five minutes will take you to a further lake surrounded by pine trees and small beaches.

Meandering along the many paths that criss cross through the woods you can admire the pines, heathers, rhododendrons, dragaonflies, butterflies, birds and deer throughout the seasons.

Local Area: The North Norfolk coast with its walks, dog friendly beaches and birdlife is 16 miles away with the Royal Sandringham Estate approx 7 miles. Golf courses can be found at Middleton (2 miles) Swaffham (16 miles) and Kings Lynn. The Leziate Sailing club with its tennis, sailing, restaurant and scenic views of the lakes within (1 mile). Country pubs serving food are to be found in Fairgreen, Middleton and Gayton in the nearby villages
