Gomo's Annex is a Self-contained dog friendly accommodation in Leziate, Norfolk. The property is surrounded by woodland and is in a very tranquil relaxed environment but within easy reach of Kings Lynn (5 miles).

Situated in acres of beautiful woods and gorgeous lakes, this is a nature lovers and walkers paradise. Five minutes walk will take you to the first lake surrounded by a sandy beach and a further five minutes will take you to a further lake surrounded by pine trees and small beaches.

Meandering along the many paths that criss cross through the woods you can admire the pines, heathers, rhododendrons, dragaonflies, butterflies, birds and deer throughout the seasons.

Accommodation - This property has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5

Accommodation comprises:
Open-plan kitchen-living area with patio windows opening onto woodland views.
Kitchen has cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave.
Washing machine with outdoor drying facilities (rotary).
Bedroom one - downstairs has bunk beds plus one single bed.
Bedroom two - upstairs in mezzanine with double bed.
Bathroom downstairs with enclosed shower cubicle and toilet.
Underfloor heating plus heaters in both downstairs rooms.

Local Area: The North Norfolk coast with its walks, dog friendly beaches and birdlife is 16 miles away with the Royal Sandringham Estate approx 7 miles. Golf courses can be found at Middleton (2 miles) Swaffham (16 miles) and Kings Lynn. The Leziate Sailing club with its tennis, sailing, restaurant and scenic views of the lakes within (1 mile). Country pubs serving food are to be found in Fairgreen, Middleton and Gayton in the nearby villages
