Elm Loft is a recently converted loft apartment set to the rear of the owners cottage. It has its own entrance and off-road parking. There is a private patio area, accessible through a side door and set to the side of a mature garden. The upstairs accommodation comprises an open plan living area including a fitted kitchen with fridge and microwave/oven/grill combi. There is a sofa bed for additional sleeping requirements. A door leads to the bedroom, furnished with a double bed and ample storage. The large downstairs bathroom has a modern shower, washbasin and toilet.
