Two pet friendly properties, Cedar Log Cabin and The Byre are nestled in peaceful countryside overlooking wonderful views. Perfect for a relaxing, romantic, walking, cycling and pet friendly holiday.
The attractions of both England and Wales are within reach; from the zoo at Chester, to the World Heritage Centre at Ironbridge and historic Ludlow Castle..

Cedar Log Cabin - Detached, handmade Western Red Cedar log cabin, in five acres of parkland.

Accommodation
All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin & WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with double ended bath, shower over, basin & WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area & sitting area & doors to front terrace.

The Byre - Detached, 19th Century barn, situated in the grounds of a country estate on the edge of Welsh Frankton, 3 miles from Ellesmere.

Accommodation
One bedroom: 1 x king size zip and link (can be made into twin beds on request) with Wall mounted TV. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, sitting area and dining area

Our second stay at the cabin. We thought last year that no improvements could be made, but this year we found the dressing gowns –pure luxury. We have all enjoyed a great holiday and have booked again for next year. This holiday home cannot be compared to any other for quality and outside space. Our dogs love it too!

3 – 17 Sept 2011 The facilities are just perfect and the extensive grounds are ideal for giving our dogs some exercise. Mike and Sylvai are excellent hosts and can feel proud of this holiday retreat. Its obvious from all the glowing comments that other people have thoroughly enjoyed their holiday here. We have too and we’re already looking forward to our next break in 2012.

Local Area - The properties are ideally positioned between the delightful village of Whittington and the market town of Ellesmere, which is surrounded by nine beautiful lakes and is known as Shropshire's Lakeland. This self catering accommodation near Ellesmere is a perfect base for an active holiday or a romantic break.
